Thanks. At first it was really helpful but later I realized that the textscript in pnChords is now affected by notes in pnUp and moved to avoid collision (at least that's what I think the reason is).

You can simplify your code significantly, by not using the <<{...} \\ {...} >> feature when you combine the music \pnUp with the chords \pnChords. Just replace your line \new Staff = "pn" { << \pnUp
