Dear Tony,

a2ps seems to be somewhat in a limbo since Akim, the primary maintainer, 
did not have time the last few months. I understand he wants to move it 
to savannah.gnu.org later on, so we can set up a real cooperative system 
that does not depend on one person alone.

Anyway, there are people on the list. If you did not get a reply than 
likely nobody knows the answer. Sorry.
