Firefox and Opera have builtin players. Firefox's one is based on liboggplay.
Konqueror and Safari, as they both use WebKit, rely on existing codecs
in the system. For Konqueror is a non-brainer because it's a Linux
browser and every Linux distro has support for Ogg codecs. Safari on
OS X on the other hand required the user to have the XiphQT (Quicktime
component) installed.
