Ann: new snapshot of ProjectCenter

Hi,

a new, slightly modified version of ProjectCenter.app can be found at

http://www.projectcenter.ch

Application icons can now be set using the project inspector - also several 
fixes have been made and included with that version.
BTW I have not tested it with the latest GS snapshots, so please send me 
feedback if sth refuses to work as it should.
