[aspell-devel] A few suggested updates for aspell.info 0.60

This can be considered a Normal bug fix, nothing critical, no hurry, and 
could be lumped-in/accumulated with the next public updates of Aspell.


diff_aspellinfo.txt,
has several spelling and word changes. This was done using KDE KWrite and was 
not tested using the INFO command, therefore I am uncertain about possible 
formatting or alignment errors.
Note: I am not sure about if simpile / simply is a purposeful spelling error 
or simply a phonetic usage (approximately around line 1950), therefore 
marked several simpile as simply and left the others alone, so you may want 
to verify via the diff file if you want to accept all or only part of the 
suggested changes.

noticed a spelling error,
"sufficient" seems to be accepted incorrectly as sufficeint.
