Aspell Version .25 Released

This version cut the start up time by 2/3rds and the memory usage by
1/3rd.  This version also has better accuracy for words like "teh"
where two letters are swapped and words like "fone" (phone).  Other
improvements include an enhanced pipe mode, better documentation, a
run-with-aspell utility, and bug fixes.
