[aspell] Aspell Now has a new Home at Sourceforge

Aspell now has a new home at sourceforge the new url is
http://aspell.sourceforge.net.

As a result the old mailing list at address@hidden is now
officially dead.  In about an hour or so you should all be transferred
over to the new list.

I have also checked in the current state of aspell into the cvs archive
in case anyone is interested.  Go to
http://sourceforge.net/cvs/?group_id=245 for more info.  Some of the
changes in the CVS version include, a new and improved suggest
algorithm, a new tablized soundslike algorithim thanks to Bjoern Jacke,
plus a few additional features.

Aspell also now has a bug tracking system at
http://sourceforge.net/bugs/?group_id=245.

I hope to have the "Try it Out for Yourself" feature on my new webpage
working again in a couple of days.
