[pspell-help] Error compiling .12.2

I'm having make fail with the following:

Anyone have any clues? FWIW, I'm using /usr/bin/c++ on FreeBSD 3.3. In other 
words, I have no clue whose compiler this is... And I'm not quite sure how to 
find out... It does report its version as 2.7.2.3, though. I can give any other 
relevant info that I may procure. Just ask.
