well I solved this problem apparently php doesn't support the
--with-aspell option ... so use --with-pspell ... basically u set up
aspell and the dictionary and then compile php --with-pspell

go to :
http://www.php.net/manual/en/ref.aspell.php
http://www.php.net/manual/en/ref.pspell.php

Subject: [Aspell-user] ASPELL php/APACHE - aspell_module_entry

Hi there ...

After much hard work I finally got aspell to make with apache but now
when I
do a /usr/local/apache/bin/apachectl configtest I get :

Syntax error on line 207 of /usr/local/apache/conf/httpd.conf:
Cannot load /usr/local/apache/libexec/libphp4.so into server:
/usr/local/apache/libexec/libphp4.so: undefined symbol:
aspell_module_entry

Now I have no idea what this means .. I tried running ldconfig but
nothing
it still persists with the error ...
