[Aspell-user] Batch file for Win98 problem

I now use a batch file to input a text file into Aspell. It works well, but 
when I use it, it truncates the long file name into its 8.3 form.

Is there a way to make it save the resultant spell using the long name intead 
of 8.3 format?

It currently is: "C:\Program Files\Aspell\bin\aspell.exe" -c -e -x %1
