Please try this link:-

http://in.geocities.com/paivakil/downloads/aspell/aspell6-ml-0.02-1.tar.bz2-removethis.gz

and remove  the `-removethis.gz' from  the file name. The  problem was
that geocities does not allow filenames with the extension .bz2.

I need to make some more  changes - like including the changes sent by
Kevin Atkinson including support for zwj.
