[AUCTeX-devel] Trivial patch for tex.el

Hi all,
`TeX-add-local-master' function adds some lines with annoying trailing
spaces.  I'm sending a patch to remove them.  We cannot use
`add-file-local-variable' function because it requires Emacs > 23.1?

Here is the ChangeLog entry for the patch:
