Quite often I have an existing environment (macrocode, but also
enumerate and some others), where, in the middle of it, I'd want to
insert

%    \end{macrocode}
% <- cursor here
%    \begin{macrocode}

Maybe C-u C-c ] should do that? End an environment, open a new one
(possibly asking for the necessary arguments?).
