[AUCTeX] (no subject)

Hi cygwin folks. I'm installing preview-latex for
XEmacs 21.4 on windows 2000. I use:

$ ./configure
--with-xemacs=/cygdrive/c/cygwin/usr/local/bin/i686-pc-cygwin/xem
acs-21.4.13.exe
--with-texmf-dir=/cygdrive/c/TeXLive/texmf
--with-tex-site=/cyg
drive/c/cygwin/usr/local/lib/xemacs/xemacs-packages/lisp/auctex

so far so good (I think)...I get:

Congratulations!  Configuration is complete.

Type "make" at the prompt to build preview.


Now the interesting part...when I do 'make' I get the
following errors:

(cd latex ; make all)
