[AUCTeX] how to get preview working?

Hi,

i use debian testing, 
emacs 23.2.1 and 
auctex 11.86-2
ghostscript 8.71~dfsg2-10

my configuration is online on https://github.com/jonasstein/emacs-config

After C-c C-p C-p i get this icon on every formula

Right Mousebutton on the Icon and "view error" shows this strange message:
