[AUCTeX] Menu Bar help

This is an emacs question, but someone on this list should know how to 
do it.

On some machines I'm working with, unneeded menu bar icons push the 
AuC-TeX icons to the pull-down tail of the menu bar.  How do you 
customize the entries in this menu bar?
