I found this WSIS speech (video) of you when, once, I was surfing on 
wikipedia english article about Richard Stallman.

So, it's actually uploaded by somebody /"kaeru" /to 
"commons.wikimedia.org". So, I just decided to translate it. I've 
registered as wikipedia user, and added that subtitles here:

I've tried to find it on  "audio-video.gnu.org", but failed. Seems that 
on "audio-video.gnu.org" it's absent. Check it again.
