The current system for uploading videos is a little clunky and I wouldn't
really call it suited to mass uploading.  See

We should write some documentation soon.

That said, you can certainly upload GNUnet videos; if they are many, you
should probably make a subdirectory for GNUnet under
videos/individual-projects/ .

The alternative is waiting for the new system based on GNU MediaGoblin.
