AX_CXX_HELPFUL_TERMINATE_HANDLER vs. AX_CXX_VERBOSE_TERMINATE_HANDLER |

Hi guys,
we have recently added the macro AX_CXX_HELPFUL_TERMINATE_HANDLER, which
provides
functionality similar to AX_CXX_VERBOSE_TERMINATE_HANDLER, but it's
implementation
is more generic, i.e. it isn't limited to GNU libstdc++. My impression is that
this new addition obsoletes AX_CXX_VERBOSE_TERMINATE_HANDLER.
Now, the new macro could be used as a drop-in replacement for the older one if
we'd replace "helpful" with "verbose" in the m4 file. :-)
Does that sound like a good idea, or are there any compelling reasons to keep
two
separate macros around?
Does anyone have any preferences concerning that subject?
Take care,
Peter
