AX_SNPRINTF_OFLOW "Checks whether snprintf ignores the value of n or
not and defines HAVE_SNPRINTF_BUG if it does". gnulib's snprintf
module simply supplies a working snprintf if the system's
implementation is broken. Hence, why not obsolete AX_SNPRINTF_OFLOW
and direct users to use gnulib's snprintf module instead?
