    doc: distinguish GCC from GNU C, etc.
    
    * doc/autoconf.texi (C Compiler, Objective C Compiler)
    (Objective C++ Compiler, Fortran Compiler): Be more careful about
    distinguishing GNU C from GCC, and similarly for other languages.
