It really should be.  I we can't finish the chapter at the right time,
then we can comment it out, but I think there are many things that
still must be done in 2.50's documentation.

I'm not sure there are still many issues we need to address for the
code of 2.50, but we have to leave 2.49b outside for a while.  During
this period, we should concentrate on the documentation.
