Of course it's fine Paul, thanks!  Maybe a line in NEWS would help
people notice what happened with strerror_r.

I can't find the thread about AC_CHECK_TYPES, I don't know what I did,
maybe I didn't search properly, I will try again.  Nevertheless, *of
course*, macros from Jim's and your packages are most welcome in
Autoconf!  This improves the service to the users, augments the stress
put on your macros, and should relieve you from part of a the
maintenance, so everybody wins.
