Yes, that's the one I used for testing. (Not sure whether you are
explaining for me or for the other readers :)
(It's only powered on on Saturdays,
according to the web site, since it uses so much electricity.)
That one seems to be online all week, but they have some more ancient
systems that are on on weekends only.
I don't think we need to worry about ancient hosts like the Y-MP any
more, as we deliberately exclude computer museums from our porting
targets. If more-modern Crays have padding bits that would be another
matter.
Yes. I don't know, though; what hints I found in documentation suggested
no the newer ones don't have them. We may want to ask people that deal
with them..
FWIW: Libtool worked on that Cray, last time I tested it; of course static
libraries. But the then-CVS-Autoconf used for Libtool's configure script
thus worked there, too, which is nice to know. :-)
