Yes, I was thinking of "return atoi(argv[1]);" and check the exit
status.

Are you pinging me for inclusion, or the RTEMS and/or BlueGene folks to
verify whether it works?  The patch looks clean, and we've had positive
feedback from the AVR folks, so I'm inclined to let you commit it as-is.

Agreed - This mail of yours just seems to have crossed with my reply to bug-autoconf.
