Proposed patch. I'm putting coverage for this node of the manual in my
todo list. OK now or afterwards?

Fix wording about AC_CONFIG_SUBDIRS warning.
* doc/autoconf.texi (Subdirectories): We warn, not error, about
nonexistent config subdirs, but only at configure run time.
