Ditch Interix and use Cygwin, perhaps?
Microsoft's support for Posix has always sucked,
and will always suck.

Subject: Pthread Support For Interix

Hi there,

I have a small query regarding the pthread support on Interix. I hope I
can
get some answers here.

I am compiling a code that uses posix threads using pthread library
extensively. When I am trying to port this code for Interix 3.0, I am
facing
a lot of problems, a basic of them is that the pthread header files are
not
available with Interix package.

Can someone support that there is a pthread support on Interix ? If
yes,
where can I find the details about the same ??? Any help in this
direction
is greatly appreciated..

thanks in advance,
Santosh.
