foo.tmp left by texinfo.tex

As the comment says, foo.tmp is only generated when an @macro is used,
and apparently when a certain e-TeX feature is not available.

I guess it'd be possible to grep for any @macro's in the input to see
if .tmp might be generated, but that seems more trouble than it's
worth.

        * automake.in (scan_texinfo_file): Add tmp to @clean_suffixes,
        as generated by recent texinfo.tex.
