FYI: delete $(top_srcdir)/mdate-sh

From: Alexandre Duret-Lutz
Subject: FYI: delete $(top_srcdir)/mdate-sh
Date: 25 Sep 2002 20:16:04 +0200
User-agent: Gnus/5.0808 (Gnus v5.8.8) Emacs/20.7

I'm installing this. As Akim just told me, the top-level Makefile
uses lib/mdate-sh, so we don't need this file.

2002-09-25  Alexandre Duret-Lutz  <address@hidden>

        * Makefile.am (mdate-sh): Remove.
        * mdate-sh: Delete.
        Suggested by Akim Demaille.
