I'm removing it from HEAD and branch-1-8.

This test fails on branch-1-8, because ELCFILES is defined as
  ELCFILES = $(am__ELCFILES)
and this matches the grep pattern.  Furthermore it really checks
nothing interesting.  The other lisp*.test already ensure that
_LISP works by running some actual compilations.
