Check out the Automake git tree, find the patch in the git log that
added UPC support. Or the discussion on the automake-patches list.
It's probably almost as simple as s/UPC/CUDA/ s/upc/cuda/ plus
adjusting some blurbs and the actual compile rule, once you know how it
should look like.
