[FYI] {micro} TAP driver: cosmetic fixes

From: Stefano Lattarini
Subject: [FYI] {micro} TAP driver: cosmetic fixes
Date: Mon, 23 Dec 2013 17:59:13 +0100

obsolete FIXME. Correctly mark another comment as a TODO rather
than as a FIXME.
