[avr-gcc-list] ICE Options

I've been using AVR for quite a while but I haven't been paying attention to 
improvements in the tool chain (my gcc build is way old - I can't even remember 
when I built it - it just works and I haven't upgraded it).  I just noticed the 
ICE 200. 

What to do you think about the ICE 200?  Can I use gcc, avr studio, and the ICE 
200 to do full debugging?
