Hi,

       I have run into a problem with the 90LS4433.
We have used this chip for more than a year but
have run into a problem where the chip ID can
not be read.  Also on most chips the lock bits/
fuses can not be read.   On the ones that can be
read they can not be changed.  Hence  none of
these chips can be programed.

        This problem only exists on date code
4AI 0241.  On any other date code every
thing works fine, and we have several different
date codes.

       At the present time I see my only solution is
to change all the chips with the offending date
code.  If anyone has a better solution I would be
glad to hear it.
