ATmega163: the big hysteresis of a threshold level at very much
slow change of a power voltage. At me some examples are written
down (BOD set to 4.0V):
4.2 / 3.8 V
4.07 / 3.75 V
At speed 0.01 - 0.02 V/sec and higher, hysteresis and level are OK.
However, I always use chip's BOD (except for mega161).
