Hi,

Well, there are two levels here.

At the hardware level, the watchdog reset will not effect the RAM, but if you are coding in C, after the reset, the C initialisation code will clear the RAM for the unitialised data, and set the initialised data to the correct initial values.

If you use a RAM location that is outside your C memory map, it should not be effected by a watchdog reset.
