No, only the 256 KB devices do, the other devices behave like an
ATmega64/128 in that respect. The smaller devices are fully
supported. There's no known workaround for the 256 KB devices that
would already exist up to a level that can be used for production work
(not even one for using just the lower 128 KB of an ATmega256x).
