Hi Royce,
This might be a "rebase" problem where DLLs on your system conflict
with DLLs from Cygwin. If so, you'd usually run the "rebaseall"
script to fix it. This requires the Cygwin "rebase" package, but I
don't know if it is included with WinAVR.
