Great work!

A good README file was definitely missing from avrtest and that should
really help understand what is needed to run the testsuite. All the
other changes seem to be good improvements to the project.

README:  "Hallo World!\n" -> "Hello, World!\n"

avrtest.h: /* This defines are for... -> /* These defines are for...
