Follow-up Comment #1:

I accepted most of your changes though by merging them
manually.

For any header file that is already present in a released
version, the old names have been kept for compatibility.

Not accepted: SIG_PINCHANGE for the ATtiny28.  This is not
a pin *change* interrupt, but an interrupt that triggers at
a low level on any of the input pins.  (Weird, yes.)

Also, the new-style (XXX_vect) names are not affected, as they
are meant to always match the XML files (regardless of how
inconsistent the XML files and thus datasheets might be).
