Follow-up Comment #2:
Confirmed that SM2 needs to be removed. That portion is now fixed.
avr-libc's policy is to match the XML device files that are shipped with AVR
Studio.
The AREFD, REFS1, and RWWSB bit definitions are all declared in the latest
ATtiny88.xml and ATtiny48.xml files shipped with the latest AVR Studio.
AREFD and REFS1 do not exist in the respective datasheets. RWWSB does exist
in the datasheets, but not in the Register Summary.
I will check internally to see what needs to be fixed.
