Part of the supplied patch is correct: don't build debug package.

I think that the parts for removing files should be done in the Makefile.am 
file. Need to add a local-clean rule for that.

Summary:  RPM does not build under RH9

Original Submission:  According to changes in the new version of the rpmbuild 
there are needed trivial changes to the SPEC file: disabling of building debug 
package and remove unpackeged files.
Patch attached.
