Details:

This patch adds the possibility of defining more than one signature per part
description in avrdude.conf.

For instance ATmega328 and ATmega328P differ only in power consumption and
device signature bytes. In all other aspects these chips are identical. There
are many more examples like that.

It does not make sense to duplicate complete entries simply to add another
signature for an otherwise identical chip - avrdude.conf is already quite
large. This patch offers a more efficient solution.
