At the moment the big struggle is to embed the pictures in the book
I downloaded the PDF version of the axiom book David generated
but the pictures seem to be missing. Of course, it could be that
my version of acroread and xpdf can't display the pictures. Once
I finish the current correction pass I'll work with David to figure
out how to get pictures.
