[Axiom-developer] Continuous Release and Docker

Axiom is moving away from the idea of "releases", monthly or otherwise,

The release cycle is being set up so that when a change is pushed to Git
the latest version is compiled, tested, and immediately released.

Axiom is nearly ready to make the continuous releases live.
The test vehicle will be the Docker image.

If you're using Axiom's Docker distribution you might find that
a Docker image might be broken this weekend as the process is debugged.
