With some delay I finally received a confirmation email from the
sourceforege mailserver.  So if things work the way they should,
this email sent to the old list will be cross-posted on the new
list, too.  Yet I suggest that everyone knowing about the new list
should only use the new list, and I'll try to make sure that any
discussions that are still started on the old list will continue on
the new list.
