[bdsync-manager] Release announcement: v0.1

Hi,

today v0.1 of bdsync-manager was released.

This is the second release of the bdsync-manager software.

bdsync-manager simplifies the usage of the highly efficient blockdevice
synchronization tool "bdsync" (https://github.com/TargetHolding/bdsync).

This release adds the following features:
* optionally create target files (if missing)
* packaged for pypi (Python's package manager)
