Update of task #8623 (project bibledit):
Status: In Progress => Need Info

Follow-up Comment #3:
Summary:
See the subject elaborated upon in the attachment.
Proposal would be to use an Outline that uses the GtkTreeview, with
indentation based upon the level of the headings in the text.
An Outline cannot be extracted from a Resource, since this information is not
visible to Bibledit.
Navigating project notes. These are not in a hierarchy, but just one note
after another, with overlapping references.
Putting the Outline tool into the Toolbar would be possible, but then the
hierarchy needs to be shown
not top down, but from left to the right. This is so as to keep the tool bar
low.
It can go in the Goto window too.
It seems because the nature of the project notes differs from the Biblical
text, that two outline tools are needed.
But the one for the project notes is already in the notes view itself, so
that one is already there.
What remains then is the one for the Bible text.
(As said, no outline can be extracted from the Resources in an automated
way).
Any comments?
