Hello,
first of all: Thank you for this nice program. I have been using it
successfully with a Zalman Trimon Screen for quite some time now.
Recently I got a Epson EH-TW5900 Projector, which supports HDMI 1.4a
Frame-Packing. So far I got it working in Win7, using Nvidia's "3DTV
Play" running on a GeForce GTX 260. The only player working in this
setup seems to be the stereoscopic player.
But I'd prefer to use bino on my linux-box rather than this setup. But
unfortunately I didn't succeed in setting up a working xorg.conf file
for address@hidden So far I've been trying the following Modelines, which
I found here and in other Websites (attached file):
Modeline "1920x2205_24.00" 148.32 1920 2558 2602 2750 2205 2209 2214
2250 +hsync +vsync
Modeline "1920x2205_24.00" 135.75 1920 2024 2224 2528 2205 2208 2218
2238 -hsync +vsync
Modeline "1920x2205_24.00" 135.75 1920 2024 2224 2528 2205 2208 2218
2238 +hsync +vsync
Modeline "1920x2205_24.00" 136.52 1920 2032 2232 2544 2205 2206 2209
2236 -hsync +vsync
All of them make the projector show a blue screen:
1) I used to start the system in address@hidden
2) started bino in frame-packing mode
3) switched to address@hidden using "xrandr --output DVI-I-3 --mode
1920x1080"
4) projector shows a blue screen, telling me that it's not able to
handle the input signal :-(
I was also trying to extract the modeline in Win7 using PowerStrip, but
it doesn't show any 1920x2205 resolution.
Any ideas where I could find a proper xorg.conf? Daniel, where did you
initially extract your modeline configuration?
Cheers Christoph
