        <sys/resource.h> can be included, include sys/time.h and
        sys/times.h first, if available.  This works around the SunOS
        4.1.4 porting bug reported by Bruce Becker in
        <http://mail.gnu.org/archive/html/bug-bison/2003-03/msg00018.html>.
